"Mulan" Release date 08.12.2009 (China)

September 11, 2009

Have you ever seen the 1998 animation “Mulan”, the one with Eddie Murphy as the voice of the addorable Mushu? Don’t remember anything about it? Here’s a reminder:

Well if you haven’t seen this annimation search for it, ask a friend to borrow you the “Mulan” DVD and watch it cause it’s forth it.

But this time, in 2009 the good people of China decided to produce another epic. This time the story of Mulan, a girl who goes to war to save her father, is brought to us on screen with actors and promises to be a good adventure movie for us to watch. I don’t know what but there is something about the chinese people that makes them have great legends and stories to tell, and even though their language kills my appetite to see their movies, this legend type films are juicy even if you have to follow the subtitles really carefull and hope that they are acurate :) (they could say anything in those subtitles I still wouldn’t figure it out, I could watch a chinese legend with the subtitles from “Rush Hour” and believe that Mao speeks like a black dude from Bronx with a badge!)

Anyway watch the trailer of “Mulan” (2009) the movie and I’m quite sure you will feel the same as me, chinese guys can sure make a good epic (maybe it’s because they have so many people there that they can make the movies with real people and not mult multiply the army on a computer.

I read the realase dates for “Mulan” on IMDB and it seems the dates are actually the date: 08.12.2009 and only China, so I’m not sure if you can see this on bigscreen in the country you live. If anyone else knows… leave a comment.

Enough speaking here’s the actual trailer:
